What happens if the Kickstarter campaign doesn't reach its funding target?

In the unfortunate circumstance that our campaign doesn't reach its funding goal, then we will notify you and any backers you've added to your order. Backers will be instructed to come back into your store and quote their name and order confirmation number to receive a full refund.

If the Kickstarter campaign is successful, when does my order have to be finalized? 

The campaign officially closes March 31st. However, you will be allowed to sign up late pledges for the two months following the campaign. We will send you a confirmation email prior to May 29th to confirm your order before preparing an official invoice.

How do I add a backer to our retail pledge?

A backer can be added through the 'Add Backer' page. All the fields in the form must be filled out. The backer has the option of paying for the game in full or paying a deposit equivalent to 50% of the retail price. Once you've entered their information into the form and taken payment, you can submit it. They will then receive an email with an order confirmation number. You can view all your orders on the 'View Orders' page.

What happens if a backer doesn't pay their outstanding balance once the game has arrived in-store?

If you are unable to contact a backer by phone or email, please let us know and we will reach out to them as well. If neither of us are able to reach them after a reasonable amount of time, then the game will be yours to sell or add to your games library, as you see fit.

What happens if we close or go out of business before the games are delivered?

We hope this doesn't happen to you, but we've already seen a number of our partners close prior to the Kickstarter launch. In the unfortunate case that you do close, we ask that you please let us know as soon as you can, so we can work with your backers to find an alternative way to deliver their games.

Can we update or remove a backer from our order? 

Yes, you can. Go to the 'View Orders' page and click on the row in the table for the backer you wish to update. An 'Edit Backer' button will then appear. Click on this and you'll have the ability to edit any of the fields for that backer. Make your changes then click the 'Update Backer' button. If you need to remove them, you can click the 'Delete Backer' button instead.

How do we transfer you the money for our order?

We have back accounts in US Dollars, Euros and Pounds. We will provide our bank account details for each on your invoice. If you have a UK bank account, you can send the funds via a bank transfer. If you do not operate in the UK, we recommend you use TransferWise for your direct deposit as it has the most favourable exchange rates and fees. If possible, please quote your invoice number with your payment.
